– Tell the readers some brief details about you before we get started.

After having my beautiful baby girl, I decided to get serious about fitness and wanted to get in the best shape of my life. I chose to set a big goal for myself, and decided to compete in my first fitness competition just 7 months after having her and the rest is history. Now I live a life full of passion! I can’t wait to get to the gym each day, and I am constantly educating myself to become a better person and athlete.

– How and when did you get started in health and fitness

I am a “weight gainer” and in the beginning I was training at a “weight loser”. I was not seeing the results I desired, so I decided to seek another opinion and started lifting heavy.
