Interview

– Tell the readers some brief details about you before we get started.

After having my beautiful baby girl, I decided to get serious about fitness and wanted to get in the best shape of my life. I chose to set a big goal for myself, and decided to compete in my first fitness competition just 7 months after having her and the rest is history. Now I live a life full of passion! I can’t wait to get to the gym each day, and I am constantly educating myself to become a better person and athlete.

– How and when did you get started in health and fitness

I am a “weight gainer” and in the beginning I was training at a “weight loser”. I was not seeing the results I desired, so I decided to seek another opinion and started lifting heavy.

Squats! I love any exercise that will lift the booty and this one is one of the best! Incline pushups, they are more challenging than regular pushups and help to build your shoulders, triceps, and strengthen your core. Finally, I like doing the free motion reverse fly, nothing burns my rear delts more.

I have an awesome training partner who holds me accountable, but I also set goals for myself throughout the year.

I take Hyde as a pre workout, I-load, Karbolic during and post my workouts, TC-F Isolate whey protein post workout, and crash before bed.
